Cameras policy: Strengthening student safety
All students will be asked to turn their webcams on for the start of every lesson. This will allow us to record that students have been seen by their Tute teacher, further strengthening our safeguarding measures. If you don't feel comfortable doing this you can let your teacher know.

We would appreciate your support in encouraging participation where possible to support our commitment to student safety.
Whilst students are welcome to keep their cameras on for the duration of their lesson, we understand that this may not be possible for all, therefore students can turn their cameras off once they have been registered.
Please note:
Students will not be able to see each other on the webcam at the start of the lesson - only the teacher will have visibility.
We advise students to be mindful of their background when turning on their camera, considering their home environment.
We ask parents/carers to ensure that students are appropriately dressed for sessions.
Only students who are enrolled to the lesson will have access to the lesson playback, however, students who attended the live lesson with cameras on will be visible to any student who accesses the playback.
