Our first ever Active Live session is designed to get you moving, feeling good, and ready to refocus.
In this session, yoga instructor (and Tute teacher), Lydia, leads us in a calming, guided yoga class that helps you stretch, reset, and recharge - right from wherever you're learning. It's all about supporting your body and focus through simple, feel-good movement. Whether you’re new to yoga or have tried it before, this is your chance to pause, breathe, and bring some balance into your day.
